HZ-1216 Stroller walking bumpy tester is produced according to CNS baby strollers dynamic durability
test specification.Methods of test: the model baby in the car, the car will be fixed on the test bench, the
belt speed can be adjusted to 1.4± 0.1m/sec ( 5kw/h ±3.6 kw/h ). After 64 hours of continuous testing,
visual platform if is damaged. After a set number of times can automatically stop operation.
This machine is equipped with electric eye safety device, can prevent the handle and rubber beam ring
fracture causing stroller runaway to damage the test machine. This machine is suitable for durability test
of hand pushing pram simulation traffic movement vehicle and bottom dynamic wheel.

Baby car as far as possible not to use in any of the following circumstances:
1.Vibration, rocking occasions.
2.Direct sunlight.
3.Hot, dusty, humid places.
4.The AC power supply should be well grounded, to ensure safe use.
5.It is prohibited to use strong solvents, such as benzene, nitro categories oil for cleaning machine.
6.Shall not be injected into the water and debris inside the machine, in order to prevent damage to
electrical components and electrical shock.
7. The disassembling and assembling and debugging of the instrument display can only be approved by
the national metrology units and the company, other people are not allowed to overhaul.
